Pulse & Paint: Color Me Friday

An immersive night of music, art, and connection designed to help you exhale, reset, and feel more like yourself.

Pulse & Paint: Color Me Friday is a 3 hour immersive community experience created to help us exhale after the week and step into the weekend feeling a little more like ourselves.

Hosted by The Wellness Roadies and led by a licensed mental health therapist, this evening brings together music, art, movement, and play in a way that feels real, accessible, and human. You do not need to be artistic or outgoing, you just need to come as you are!

🎶 Pulse & Paint 🎨

With live music setting the tone, you will be invited to choose colors based on what you feel in your body and add to a shared canvas we create together. Along the way, we will offer simple reflections on how music, rhythm, and creativity support the nervous system, without overexplaining or overteaching. Pulse & Paint is an opportunity to let go!

🎭 Improv and Play

We will gently weave in short moments of play and improv to invite movement, laughter, and connection. Nothing performative. Nothing forced. Just space to relax, be present, and remember that joy and regulation often live in the same place.

What to Expect

✨ A welcoming, low pressure group art experience facilitated by a licensed therapist

🎧 Live electronic music paired with grounded nervous system insight

This night is for anyone who had a long week, feels a little stretched thin, or wants to do something that feels meaningful without being heavy. Come solo, come with friends, or come to meet new people. You will leave feeling more settled, more connected, and more in your body.

No art skills. No improv experience. No fixing yourself. Just color, sound, and community. All supplies and instruction provided.

Proceeds benefit Red Dirt Relief Fund, an Oklahoma-based nonprofit that provides direct financial assistance to music industry professionals during times of need. They support musicians, crew members, and industry workers facing medical emergencies, mental health challenges, housing instability, and unexpected life hardships.
