Raising Paddles is a team of fundraising auctioneers & professionals dedicated to helping you execute your fundraising in a way that makes sense for YOU! All things Gala is coming to Tulsa for the first time to offer Tulsa Non-Profit organizations a day of learning about the best practices in fundraising. If you are hosting a gala or fundraising event, there are a few things that are top of mind as you set your sights on achieving your fundraising goals. Whether that is securing auction items for your live auction or securing an auctioneer that is mission focused for your event, this event is intended to serve you and help you reach your goals!

We’ll discuss best practices on all things gala and learn from subject matter experts from all aspects of:

• event planning
• sound/AV production
• event registration
• mobile bidding platforms
• donor development from our team’s CFRE experts
• procuring auction items and entertainment concepts

The primary purpose of the workshop is educational. We have designed an immersive and engaging experience- you’ll feel like you’re at a gala! With fun money, you’ll bid on live and silent auction items with an opportunity to walk away with a valuable prize or experience that can be used to raise funds at your next event.
